Created in 2007 by entrepreneur Stephane Courbit, LOV Group is developing today around three core businesses: audiovisual production, online gaming and luxury hotels.
The group also operates in the sectors of energy (Direct Energie), participatory financing (My Major Company) and futsal (The Five).
With a diversified portfolio, a presence in over 25 countries and a workforce developed over 3000 employees, the group positions and very significant market shares in areas of high value added activities:
-The Online games with BetClick Everest Group, on par with the Société des Bains de Mer de Monaco.
-The Audiovisual production with Banijay Group, alongside the Arnault group, Exor (Agnelli family), De Agostini and AMS Industries. In July 2015, Banijay Group and Zodiak Media announce the merger of their catalogs and their production units, creating the first worldwide audiovisual producer, with operations in Europe, the USA, Australia, New Zealand and India.
Luxury -L'hôtellerie with Lov Hotel Collection, gathering to date four 5-star hotels including a Palace and eight restaurants in France.
-L'énergie With Direct Energie, alongside, among others, Jacques Veyrat (initially the Louis Dreyfus Group), the leading alternative energy supplier in France.
Founded 150 years ago, the Société des Bains de Mer with its subsidiaries (Monte-Carlo SBM Group) is a leading gaming sector actors in Europe and luxury tourism leader in the Principality of Monaco. Monopolist games in the Principality, the group operates the Casino de Monte Carlo, the Casino Café de Paris, the Sun Casino and Bay Casino. In the hotel industry, in addition to prestigious hotels (Hotel de Paris, Hotel Hermitage, Monte-Carlo Beach, Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort and Le Meridien Beach Plaza), and 33 restaurants including "Le Louis XV" with Alain Ducasse and Café de Paris, the activities of the Monte-Carlo SBM Group include the Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo, the Sporting Monte-Carlo and Salle des Etoiles and Jimmy'z nightclub. The Société des Bains de Mer is a limited company under Monegasque law whose shares are listed on Euronext Paris, compartment B. The Monegasque State is the majority shareholder of the Company and holds 59.47% stake.
